Jessica Ashe, EdD, MBA, MA
is Education Director for Cross Over Community Development (COCD) as well as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Cincinnati in Literacy & Second Language Studies (LSLS).
In 2024, Fulbright awarded her a Specialist grant, for which she supported Strategic Development of Education in Drenas, Kosovo. She is a
